  Bartender cashed out another person's bill on our credit card and then gave our credit card to the stranger. Then the bartenders became hostile and verbally abusive when we demanded to speak with a manager. The bartender actually laughed and said "oops" when confronted about giving our bank card away. The bartenders spent more time dancing on customers than they did serving drinks. we had to cancel our card and deal with the bank. the staff are immature and irresponsible!

  A bit low class for the appearance. We rented for a party but they crammed us all around the bar and still served bar patrons... We are a "dry" organization and many were very offended. they also promised a gluten free plate for one guest, failed to deliver then event manager was rude about it... food was good but parties should be moved upstairs out of the flow of other guests!
