  I occasionally have the chance to pick up a beverage here. I know it changed ownership a few years back. The service use to be far better.
  It is a no frills place, both food and drinks. Fine. Employees can have a bad day- sometimes it is easier said than done to separate personal lives from when you are on the clock. But the interaction with employees- some male and some female gives me the impression that it isn't a random thing at this point. The unkempt aspect- uh, okay I'll leave that alone and won't go further. However another employee with blond hair I don't recall seeing before was as personable as bathroom wallpaper the other day. I'd expect attitude 10x better on a waitress's worst day working a graveyard shift at a 24 hour diner in Queens, especially when I still tipped that person well. Enough mulligans. I won't be back.
